Our panettone’s dough is soft and fragrant, with the aroma of candied yuzu, a small Japanese citrus fruit with a fresh, tangy flavor that’s delightfully pleasing to the palate. The citrus note is mellowed by the addition of white chocolate and indulgent dark gianduia flakes.

Storage and consumption
Our leavened products have a 45-day shelf life as they are handmade and therefore do not contain preservatives.
